This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the provision of the service purchased electronically by the BUYER through www.impalatransfer.com, within the framework of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Private vehicle passenger transfer and transportation service
Airport transfer, city transfer, intercity transfer, VIP transfer, tourist tour
Istanbul and throughout Turkey
Starts at the date and time specified in the reservation, ends upon arrival at destination
Collected upfront via secure payment system when completing the reservation.
Paid to the driver after service completion. TL, USD and EUR accepted.
💡 VAT is included in prices. Bridge, highway and parking fees (if any) are charged separately.
If more than 24 hours remain until the transfer date, the BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. Withdrawal notice must be sent to impalatransferist@gmail.com or +90 501 620 69 52.
When 24 hours or less remain until the transfer date, the right of withdrawal expires. Payments made in this case will not be refunded.
No refund will be made if the customer is not present at the specified date and time (no-show).
Legal Basis: Pursuant to Article 48 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 9 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers may expressly waive their right of withdrawal for transportation services to be performed on a specific date.
The SELLER shall not be liable for failure to perform the service due to events beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, epidemics, war, terrorist acts, government decisions, traffic accidents or road closures. In such cases, the BUYER will be informed as soon as possible and an alternative solution will be offered if possible.
For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and then Istanbul Consumer Courts may be applied to. Consumer Arbitration Committee decisions are binding within the monetary limits set by current legislation.
This agreement enters into force when the BUYER confirms the reservation and completes the payment (for online payment) or confirms the reservation (for cash payment).
